Figure of Speech song

Ahhh! Im a red flag for English and that is NOT good, its like if you have a failing mark in your report card you have a chance to do one last project that could change that grade. The project was to make a video about the topic you find the hardest and I HAD to choose Figures of Speech. So with that I wrote a short song about it and made my vid last night. It went SO well (Sarcasim)

So here are the lyrics. . .

Simile, Metaphore, Synechdoche
their all Figures of Speech

Anything with as, if or like
their all Simile
but if you compare ideas
or subjects without as, if or like
your gonna get a Metaphore
their all Figures of Speech

Na na na na na na na
heir all Figures of Speech

Na na na na na na na
THEIR ALL FIGURES OF SPEECH!!

If you use a part of a whole
that makes it a Synechdoche
but asides from that if you
assign an action to non-living things
you got Personificaton

That's just four, you want more
so lemmie tell ya
theese are Figures of Speech
Now let's go! Otomatopoeia
thats the next one
on our list

Oh! words made from sounds Uh!

An Oxymoron uses opposite words in the same phrase

Really?

But if your talking exaggerations
Hyperbole's where ya at
a substitution with something that is
related to it (Metonemy)

Na na na na na na
were only halfway there

Na na na na na na
were only halfway there (not really)

Irony has a long discription
so im gonna shut up and let's start now
its using words to mean the opposite of what is said

Or in Ms. Dawn's words
were there are two contrasting
ideas but they are not sitting side by side
in one statment of they are then it becomes an Oxymoron

So if you use the same letter or sound
at the bag of closly connected milk it (Aliteration)
or if you show contrasting ideas
in a grammatically parallel expression thatS Anthitesis

lLet's try to mention characters or events from otherr. . .

(tHEN there goes me improvising)

So stay tuned cause I just MIGHT post the vid on youtube
:/
